Frog Lane

One of seven residential schemes Torus Developments has built in Wigan, Frog Lane has seen the company work with key strategic partners, including Homes England and Wigan Council, to bolster access to affordable housing options in the area.

Building 60 new homes, all available via Affordable Rent, Frog Lane is located close to Wigan town centre in an area of affordable housing. By building schemes with a number of affordable options, we are actively collaborating with partners to address the national housing crisis and create homes and developments that meet the needs of the communities we are building in.
